10.00 – 11.30  How can public and private sector decision makers be better stimulated to engage proactively in the implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy, especially in corruption prevention policies and projects, and the benefits of adopting the good practice from other European countries?

Topic 2

11.30 – 13.00 How to value the involvement of legal practitioners and consultants in implementing international legislation and codes of conduct on bribery and corruption in international transactions and investments?

Presentations, case studies and workshops on the problems and obstacles that arise in applying anti-corruption / anti-bribery standards in Romania (due diligence, slush funds, fighting bribery practices).

Topic 3

14.00 – 15.30 How to promote at national level the EU requirements for the continuation of the anti-corruption fight in Romania, especially through the adoption of the criteria of institutional convergence and of the prevention centered approach? What are the means and methods of cooperation with the NGO sector regarding the new role of civic participation in transposing the National Anticorruption Strategy and the EU and international standards that will lead to the improvement of Romania’s internal process and image.
